Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A chemical substance separation-discharge processing system of a marine facility and a method thereof are provided to process chemical substances which is leaked from the upper part of a marine facility by separating the chemical liquid such as rain water. CONSTITUTION: A chemical substance separation-discharge processing system of a marine facility comprises a collection tank (10) and a separation discharge unit (20). Chemical substances which are leaked from the upper facility which is provided on a deck (D) of a marine plant; and rain water, which gathers on the upper facility, is collected and stored in the collection tank. The separation-discharge unit separates and pumps the rain water and the chemical substances by being connected to the collection tank.
