Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A take-off transfer apparatus for electronic components is provided to recognize a pattern of electronic components at the high precision by using an inclined lighting lamp. CONSTITUTION: A feeding unit (10) supplies an electronic component (W) to a take-off transfer head (30) at a fixed position. The pick-up transfer head takes off the electronic component of the feeding unit, and transfers the electronic component to a storage position. The take-off transfer head has a rotary shaft (32) which is parallel to the wafer surface of the feeding unit. The rotary shaft is connected through a reduction gear (33), a belt (34), and a driving gear (35) to a rotary shaft of a motor (36). A feeding unit imaging device (50) takes a picture of the electronic component of the feeding unit.
