Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A solar cell generates a surface passivation effect at the surface of a substrate and improves efficiency by forming an anti-reflection part and a protection part comprising a multi-layer film on the front and rear surfaces of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate (110) has an n-type conductivity type and made of a crystalline semiconductor. An emitter part (121) is disposed at a first surface of the substrate. An anti-reflection part (130) is disposed on the emitter part. A protection part (190) is disposed at a second surface of the substrate. A first electrode part (140) includes multiple first electrodes (141) and multiple first bus bars (142). A second electrode part includes multiple first electrodes (151) and multiple first bus bars (152).
