Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system and a method of sharing power between houses clarify the calculation and consumption of power required for an individual unit house by providing a house power storage device to each house. CONSTITUTION: A central power storage device (300) stores large amounts of power. House power storage devices (100-1-100-n) receive and store the power from the central power storage device. A power management server (200) manages the power charge of the central power storage device and the house power storage devices. The power management server controls the house power storage devices to share power with the power house storage devices requesting power sharing. The power management server includes a power DB (220) storing house power storage device identification information and power consumption by house.
