CONTINUOUS PROCESS ROLL-TO-ROLL PRINTING SYSTEM FOR PRINTED ELECTRONICS

PURPOSE: A continuous roll-to-roll printing system for printed electronics is provided to continuously perform a film pattern forming process and a cliche roller cleaning process by the one rotation of a printing roller and a cliche roller, thereby improving productivity by reducing processing time. CONSTITUTION: A continuous roll-to-roll printing system for printed electronics includes a doctor blade (100), a printing roller, a cliche roller (300), a cleaning device (400), and a film roller unit (500). The doctor blade provides conductive ink. The conductive ink is spread on the outer circumference of the printing roller by the rotation. The cliche roller is rotated by being engaged with the printing roller and partially removes the conductive ink coated on the printing roller. The cleaning device is arranged adjacent to the outer circumference of the cliche roller and cleans the conductive ink removed from the outer circumference of the printing roller. The film roller unit includes a film (F) which is a target, on which patterns are formed, on the outer circumference and rotated by being engaged with the printing roller, thereby continuously transferring the patterns formed on the outer circumference of the printing roller on the film.
