The front grazing panel penetrates through solar energy. The absorbing plate is made of a polymer material, converts the absorbed light energy into thermal energy, and is composed of a header (22), a riser unit (24), and a connection port (26). The insulation material preserves the thermal energy absorbed from the absorbing plate without a loss. The case secures the strength of the collecting device and protects the same from external impact.
