Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An emergency communication system for a submarine is provided to enable stable rescue works by enabling real-time bidirectional communication using a launching tube. CONSTITUTION: An emergency communication system (100) for a submarine comprises an emergency communication unit, an emergency communication buoy (400), and a launching tube (300). The emergency communication unit performs emergency communications even if power in a submarine is cut off. The emergency communication buoy is injected to the surface of the water to transmit a signal received from the emergency communication unit to an external device and transmits the signal received from the external device to the emergency communication unit through a communication wire (200). The launching tube receives the emergency communication buoy therein and launches the emergency communication buoy.
