POWER CIRCUITS AND MEMORIZED WORKING METHODE FOR SMALL SIZE MOVING CARRIAGE CONTROLLER

PURPOSE: A small-size power supply of a welding moving cart and a memorizing work implementation circuit are provided to easily control the voltage and current of a welding machine, and the speed of a moving cart according to working environments from the moving cart, and to allow from a beginner to a skilled person to conveniently obtain the best work result. CONSTITUTION: A memorizing work implementation method of welding moving cart includes a work memorizing reproducing unit (4), a display unit (5), a micro control unit (6), and switches (SW1,SW2). The display unit has an interface which outputs a memory value in an analog output. The display unit displays work content, speed, voltage, and current. The micro control unit takes on all controls of a moving cart. The switches perform memory and call operation. A worker works at the place where the moving cart is. In the case of the proper working condition according to the working environment, the worker causes the switches to memorize the situation of the condition and then uses the data about the situation.
