Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An X-ray tube improves the strength of a package by reinforcing an X-ray transmission window with a honeycomb structure from both surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate (4a) and a second substrate (4b) are made of a 426 alloy having an opening (6) in a honeycomb structure. A substrate includes an X-ray transmission window (5) which is made of titanium foil and closes the opening by being inserted between the first and second substrates. A box-shaped container (3) is attached to the substrate, and the inside of the container is in a high-vacuum state. An X-ray target (8) is installed on the opening of the first substrate in the container. A cathode (10) supplies an electron to the X-ray target by being installed in the container.
