Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A flexible substrate and a display device including the same are provided to prevent the deformation of a substrate by restraining the contraction or the expansion of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate (110) includes a polymer resin (10), an inorganic fiber material (11), and an ESD prevention agent (12). The polymer resin consists of a thermosetting resin. The thermosetting resin includes polyimide. The inorganic fiber material is randomly dispersed in the polymer resin. The length of the inorganic fiber material is about 50 to 500 μm.
