Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Pitch-based isotropy carbon fibers are provided to be applied to various parts including lightweight structure materials, high temperature heat insulating materials, reinforcing agents of packing or engineering plastics, etc as composite materials including metal, carbon, ceramics, etc. CONSTITUTION: Pitch-based isotropy carbon fibers comprise carbon fibers of a continuous phase which are radiated with pitch fibers melting-emitted from isotropic pitch and carbonized. The isotropic pitch is at least one selected from petroleum pitch, coal system pitch or chemistry pitch. The carbon fiber has the tensile strength of 1000-1200 MPa and the elastic modulus of 40-45 GPa.
