Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A tab lead is provided to prevent a short circuit and secure sufficient insulation even when the tab lead is heat-sealed by an outer covering, by adopting a strict condition for heat-sealing. CONSTITUTION: A tab lead (1) comprises a first insulating film (11) made of resin to adhere to a surface in a lengthwise region of a metal plate (2); a second insulating film (12) made of resin to adhere to the other surface in the region; a first expanded protuberant part (11a) formed on a region corresponding to both widthwise ends of the metal plate of the first insulating film and vicinity; and a second expanded protuberant part (12a) formed on a region corresponding to both widthwise ends of the metal plate of the second insulating film and vicinity. Both ends of the first insulating film and both ends of the second insulating film fuse to be combined.
