PANEL FOR DETECTING TOUCH AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A touch sensing panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a pattern recognition phenomenon by fully etching a boundary area of an electrode pattern except an area of the electrode pattern when the electrode pattern is formed, and by stepped-etching a dummy pattern area within the boundary area. CONSTITUTION: A conductive film (20) is formed on a substrate, and an electrode pattern boundary (30) is fully etched on the conductive film. A dummy pattern area except the area with an electrode pattern (210) is stepped-etched. The electrode pattern boundary is fully etched by forming the conductive film on the substrate, by forming a first etching protection pattern film (410) on the electrode pattern of the conductive film and on the dummy pattern area, and by removing the conductive film on the electrode pattern boundary on which the first etching protection pattern film is not formed by implementing a wet or a dry etching.
