Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to supply battery management system with power by gradually dropping the high voltage of battery cells in series by using a simple circuit device, thereby manufacturing a battery management system with excellent voltage withstanding capability in low costs. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells (120) connected in series; a charging and discharging switch (160) which is connected to the high current route between the battery cell and the charging and discharging terminal; a charging and discharging controller (140) controlling the charging and discharging switch to control the charging and discharging of the battery cell; and a voltage conversion part (180) which is connected to the charging and discharging switch in parallel and drops the voltage of the battery cell to output the same as the power of the charging and discharging controller.
