METHOD OF GRANULATING SINTERING MATERIAL FOR IRON MANUFACTURING AND SINTERING MATERIAL ASSEMBLY MANUFACTURED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A sintered base material assembling method of a sintered ore and a sintered ore assembly manufactured by using thereof are provided to improve intensity and a quality of the sintered ore. CONSTITUTION: A sintered base material assembling method of a sintered ore comprises the following steps: a fine ore and a fuel are mixed and injected into an inside of a rotary mixer device, and a fuel assembly is assembled by supplying a moisture (100); the fuel assembly and a supplementary base material are injected into the inside of the rotary mixer device, and a sintering assembly is molded by supplying the moisture (200); in a sintering assembly molding step, the supplementary base material is shattered by a roll crusher, and injected into the inside of the rotary mixer device with the fuel assembly; and a sintered ore assembly comprises the fuel assembly assembled by mixing the fuel and the fine ore, and a supplementary base material cover layer which is formed with the supplementary base material of the sintered ore, and which surrounds a surface of the fuel assembly.
