Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A steering safety apparatus for tricycle and a control method thereof are provided to set the range of safety steering angle according to the driving speed and to warn a driver in case the height of the tricycle is out of the fixed range, and to control a brake in case of being out of the safety range and reaching a dangerous situation. CONSTITUTION: A steering safety apparatus for tricycle (100) comprises a speed sensing part, a steering angle measuring part (120), a load variation sensing part (130), a break operating part (140), and a control part. A control method of the steering safety apparatus for tricycle is as follows. The driving speed is sensed. The rotation angle of a front wheel is measured based on going straight. The height of the vehicle according to the load variation is sensed. The driving speed, the rotation angle of the front wheel, and the height of the vehicle are compared with the fixed reference value. A warning light is on in case the information from the speed sensing part, the steering angle measuring part, and the load variation sensing part exceeds the fixed reference value. A brake is operated.
