Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A transparent composite material and a manufacturing method thereof maintain the transparency of a transparent composite material in a wide temperature range by controlling the ratio of an inorganic binder in an inorganic-organic mixed resin included in a transparent composite material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a transparent composite material includes a step of preparing an inorganic-organic mixed resin which has the same or similar thermo-optical coefficient to glass fiber (S12); a step of impregnating the glass fiber into the inorganic-organic mixed resin (S13); and a step of manufacturing a transparent composite material by heat or photo-curing the impregnated material (S14). The inorganic binder is a Si-O-M binder. M is a metal element. The inorganic-organic mixed resin is manufactured by a sol-gel method including a hydrolysis and a condensation process.
