Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A dynamic selecting apparatus is provided to separate unnecessary parts from garbage by passing the solidified unnecessary parts (26) through paddles so that it is easy to select useful garbage which is used for fuel. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic selecting apparatus for the reuse of domestic garbage comprises a chamber-shaped body (11), paddles (12a, 12b) which are equipped in the body in a declined way, cam shafts (13a,13b) which are equipped under the paddles, a cam which moves the paddles up and down according to the rotating of the cam shafts which are fixed to the paddles, a poly which rotates the cam shafts which are connected to driving force (22a, 22b) and a buffer bar (24) which protects a supporting bar (19) and is equipped between the body and the supporting bar.
