Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A refrigerating device with a thawing function is provided to conveniently cook frozen food because it is not necessary to melt the frozen food in advance before cooking. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerating device (2) with a thawing function comprises a refrigerating chamber (10), a refrigerating chamber door (20), a thawing chamber (30), and a valve assembly (40). The refrigerating chamber refrigerates food with cold air supplied by the refrigerating device. The refrigerating chamber door is installed in one side of the refrigerating chamber. The thawing chamber is independently formed from the refrigerating chamber. The valve assembly is installed in the thawing chamber and controls the supplying of the cold air and external air into the thawing chamber.
