SCALE INHIBITORS WITH HIGH DISPERSIBILITY OF METAL IONS AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A scale generation preventing agent is provided to have an excellent effect on dispersing metal ion and water, and to have an effect of not being dispersed by an oxidizing biocide etc. CONSTITUTION: A scale generation preventing agent comprises: a monomer mixture comprising 2- acryl amide -2- methyl -1- prophansulfon acid monomer and acrylic acid monomer; a polymerization initiator; and a chain transfer reactor. A manufacturing method of the scale generation preventing agent comprises the steps of: removing impurities contained in the monomer mixture comprising 2- acryl amide -2- methyl -1- prophansulfon acid monomer and acrylic acid monomer (S101); polymerizing the monomer mixture by injecting the polymerization initiator and chain transfer reactor (S103); precipitating the polymerized material (S105); and refining the precipitated material (S107).
