CONTINUOUS TYPE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF THE CORRUGATED BOARD USING FIBROUS MATERIAL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for continuously manufacturing a corrugated cardboard using a fibrous material is provided to quickly and massively produce cross-sectional corrugated cardboards and to minimize the contact area of a product in contact with a backing material, thereby maintaining the freshness of the product. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for continuously manufacturing a corrugated cardboard using a fibrous material includes a first unit (100), a second unit (200), and a third unit (300). The first unit feeds a backing material, which is impregnated in a first binder in which red clay and starch are mixed, in one direction. The second unit at one side of the first unit feeds a mixture of powdered fibrous material, inorganic powder, and a second binder to the backing material. The third unit along the feeding direction of the backing material supports the backing material and the mixture up and down in order to feed the material and the mixture with regular thickness, and forms a corrugated core material on the backing material with forming and drying ribs and grooves at the upper side of the mixture.
