PURPOSE: A space recognizing apparatus, an operation method thereof and a system including the same are provided to control a remote apparatus variously without a remote control device. CONSTITUTION: A user action recognition module (110) outputs trajectory information for the trajectory of a finger of a user n the basis of an image outputted from a sensor. A user action analysis module (130) extracts character from the trajectory information. The user action analysis module outputs a command generated on the basis of the extracted character to a host. The user action recognition module includes a finger recognition module and a trajectory tracking module. The trajectory tracking module outputs the trajectory information by tracking the trajectory on the basis of a coordinate value.
