Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An exercise management system is provided to collect accurate and reliable exercise data of a fitness machine user, thereby facilitating systematic exercise management of the user and to automatically control the amount and the weight for the exercise bidirectionally according to an exercise prescription. CONSTITUTION: An exercise management system comprises a body composition measurement device (100), a fitness machine (200), a central server device (300), and a terminal device (400). The body composition measurement device measures the amount of fat and muscles of a user and generates body composition data. The fitness machine includes an air cylinder, an electrical hole proportional control valve, a load cell, a position sensor, and a controller. The air cylinder provides the inside pneumatic pressure as an exercise weight. The electrical hole proportional control valve is connected to the air cylinder and adjusts the exercise weight according to the input voltage. The load cell is installed at the piston head of the air cylinder, detects the motion load applied to the piston and generates motion load data. The position sensor is installed in the air cylinder, senses the position and the piston reciprocation count of the piston and generates piston position data and piston reciprocation count data. The controller sets the input voltage of the electrical hole proportional control valve to the maximum, receives the motion load data from the load cell and generates maximum muscular strength data of the user. The central server device receives the body composition data from the body composition measurement device and receives the maximum muscular strength data from the fitness machine. |
