Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A power source device capable of including the over power protective function is provided to arrange the varistor between a live line and a grounding cable of the input power or between a neutral line and the grounding cable, thereby effectively blocking the over voltage and over current due to the surge phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A power source unit (110) supplies the predetermined input power. A rectifier unit (120) rectifies the input power and produces the first power source. A main circuit unit (130) produces the second power source from the first power source. An over power blocking unit (140) controls the over voltage and the over current. The over power blocking unit includes the varistor which is connected with at least one of a live line and neutral line of the input power and a grounding cable.
