Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An organization pulverizer for a cell process and application system is provided to widely apply to fields which include not only a burn-injury treatment but also a field which extracts a stem cell from a fat cell. CONSTITUTION: 'An organization pulverizer for a cell process and application system which pulverizes a predetermined object organization which is provided by being accommodated in a pulverizing tube (10) with a bead for pulverizing' includes a housing; a cover member which covers the housing; a pulverization driving source which is installed in the housing and provides a rotary power; a holder which is installed in the rotary shaft of the pulverization driving source and is equipped with the pulverizing tube; a striking part which is installed in the housing in order to be operated between 'a striking position which strikes the pulverizing tube when the holder rotates' and 'a separation position which is separated from the pulverizing tube'; and a mode conversion part which converts a mode in order to change the position of the striking part between the striking position and the separation position.
