Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A circuit board and a light source device using the same are provided to economically and universally use the same and to install light sources on the same with various arrangements. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board includes a substrate body (10) and a unit electrode pattern (20). The unit electrode pattern has a first to a fifth pad part, a first connecting part, and a second connecting part. The first and the fifth pad part are separated from one another and are sequentially arranged on the body. The first connecting part connects the first pad part with the third pad part. The second connecting part connects the fourth pad part with the fifth pad part.
