Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A porous plug, and a device and a method for manufacturing high nitrogen steel using the same are provided to selectively supply, to molten steel, a first gas and a second gas that are located in different groups based on the periodic table by mounting a porous plug at the lower portion of ladle, thereby preventing a nozzle from blocking. CONSTITUTION: A porous plug includes an upper block, a porous refractory, a lower block, and a gas injecting member. The upper block is mounted at a ladle (12) that accommodates molten steel, and includes an opening. The porous refractory passed through the opening of the upper block, and includes a guide pipe for guiding gas into the molten steel. The lower block is connected at the lower portion of the upper block so as to surround the guide pipe, fixes the upper block to the ladle, and supports the porous refractory. The gas injecting member is connected to the guide pipe, and alternately supplies, to the molten metal, a first gas and a second gas that are included in different groups based on the periodic table.
