Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An air conditioning system is provided to stably use geothermal by installing a geothermal exchanger between a heat storage tank and underground boring and by simultaneously using liquid and gas as a heat exchange medium. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system comprises a heat pump (120), a geothermal exchanger (130), a liquid tube (140), and a gas supply pipe (150). The heat pump uses an object medium and a geothermal medium. The geothermal exchanger exchanges heat with the geothermal medium by using geothermal exchange liquid and the geothermal exchange gas. The liquid tube is arranged in underground boring in order to exchange the heat with an underground heat source while the geothermal exchange liquid circulates in the geothermal exchanger and the underground boring. The gas supply pipe is extended from the geothermal exchanger to the lower part of the underground boring so that the geothermal exchange gas is discharged from the lower part of the underground boring. The geothermal exchange gas discharged to the lower part of the underground boring moves between the underground heat source and the liquid tube so that heat exchange efficiency of the underground heat source and the geothermal exchange liquid is improved.
