Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A conductive ink is provided to be cured at low temperatures by using a nanoemulsion as a binder and to have a low surface resistance three times lower than that of commercial inks by removing a copper oxide layer using a reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: A conductive ink comprises 1-10 parts by weight of a nanoemulsion (10) that a nanosized adhesive resin (1) is dispersed into a solvent (2); 100.0 parts by weight of a conductive material (20); and 5-50 parts by weight of a reducing agent. The conductive material is copper, silver, aluminum, or nickel. The reducing agent is zinc chloride. A manufacturing method of the conductive ink comprises a step of removing a copper oxide layer by putting the reducing agent into a copper particle just before a printing; and a step of mixing the nanoemulsion solution into the reducing agent solution. |
