Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A metal surface treating composition is provided to stably disperse a nanosize diamond powder into a resin solution, to increase thermal conductivity of a surface-treating steel sheet, and to quickly transfer and remove inner heat. CONSTITUTION: A metal surface-treating composition includes a dispersant containing a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compound which has a binder resin; a diamond particle; a solvent; and one or more hydrophilic functional groups. The binder resin is selected from a urethane resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, ester resin, and olefin resin. The average particle diameter of the diamond is 10 nm-10 micron. A surface-treated steel sheet includes a steel sheet; and a coating layer which is formed on the steel sheet and formed of the metal surface-treating composition. |
