Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A safety drain apparatus is provided to prevent a chemical liquid to flow to outside if a medicine injection tank for a petrochemical plant is damaged and to safely collect it. CONSTITUTION: A skid (10) is installed at the lower portion of each supply tank. A steel pipe pile (20) supports the lower portion. Concrete (30) prevent the flooding of a chemical liquid while forming continuous four angles and four sides. Protrusion parts (40-43) prevent the flooding of the leaked chemical liquid. A lattice place forms a penetration portion in order to pass through the leaked chemical liquid. A groove for inserting the leaked chemical liquid is formed on a storing part (50). A drain pipe (60) discharges the leaked chemical liquid. A valve opens and closes the discharge of the chemical liquid or controls it.
