Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A displaying apparatus is provided to soften the profile of a sub connecting part by a profile softening part so that the sub connecting part prevents a data edge or a gate edge from being broken when a joule heat is generated by resistance or a current on the sub connecting part. CONSTITUTION: The first conductive layer (120) is on a plate and comprises the first plate. The first insulating layer is on the first conductive layer. The second conductive layer (170) is on the first insulating layer and comprising the second plate. The second insulating film is on the second conductive layer. A profile softening part (230) is on the second insulating layer and covers at least the edge of the first plate or the second plate. A sub connecting part (190) is on the profile softening part.
