Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A functional solidifying agent for sewage sludge is provided to suppress a deintercalation of a malodor causing material when using thereof for consolidating and making artificial soil by including a portland cement, quicklime, and a pozzolan material and deodorizer as optimal ratio thereby rapidly removing moisture of the sewage sludge. CONSTITUTION: A functional solidifying agent for sewage sludge comprises 5-30 weight% of portland cement, 10-30 weight% of quicklime, 50-80 weight% of pozzolan material, and 0.5-10 weight% of deodorizer. The deodorizer contains 0.1-20 parts by weight of a metal complex base on 100.0 parts by weight of calcium phosphate compound. The calcium phosphate compound is manufactured by mixing a Ca (NO3)2, a Na2HPO4 and a NaOH in purified water. One or more of the pozzolan material is selected from a group formed of a paper manufacture ash, a fly ash, an incinerate material, a ground granulated blast-furnace slag, a micro powder of pozzolana, a volcano ash, a rice husk ash, a diatomite, a silica fume and zeolite.
