Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to form a color filter that passes light having red wavelength and green wavelength, thereby removing light having blue wavelength emitted from an R light emitting unit and a G light emitting unit. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode device layer comprises an R light emitting unit (150), a G light emitting unit (160), and a B light emitting unit (170). The light emitting diode device layer further includes an anode electrode (141), an R light emitting layer (144), a G light emitting layer (145), and a B light emitting layer (146). A color filter (120) is formed at a region corresponding to the R light emitting unit and the G light emitting unit, and passes only light with red and green wavelengths. A black matrix (110) is formed a region excluding regions of the R light emitting unit, the G light emitting unit, and the B light emitting unit.
