Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A curable composition is provided to produce a cured material with reduced attachment concerns of dust on the surface, and to properly reduce a tack. CONSTITUTION: A curable composition contains polysiloxane with an alkenyl group, a saturated carbonization hydrogen compound, and polysiloxane with at least two silicon atom bonds per one molecule. The boiling point of the saturated carbonization hydrogen compound is 50-150 deg. C under 1 atmospheric pressure. A manufacturing method of the curable composition uses the saturated carbonization hydrogen compound as a synthesis solvent for synthesizing the polysiloxane with the alkenyl group and the polysiloxane with at least two silicon atom bonds, and uses concentrate of the obtained synthesized solution containing the polysiloxane. A light-semiconductor device(1) uses the curable composition.
