CONSTITUTION: A base part of a first arm(22) is connected on the arm base to rotate. The first arm comprises a predetermined driving system. The base part of a second arm(23) is connected on the upper end of the first arm to rotate. A hand(24a) is connected on a hand base on the upper end of the second arm to rotate. The hand mounts a predetermined substrate.
