Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) reduction apparatus is provided to discharge VOC to flow to the fullest to comprise a bubble form, thereby preventing marine pollution which is caused by ship navigation. CONSTITUTION: A VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) reduction apparatus includes an oil drop pipe(110), a branch pipe(112), and an oil loading pipe. The oil drop pipe supplies oil to an oil tank of a vessel. The branch pipe is formed perpendicular to the upper end of the oil drop pipe. The oil loading pipe is connected to the branch pipe. The oil drop pipe and the oil loading pipe have an identical diameter. The oil drop pipe is installed with a whirlpool generation unit(120) having a spiral shape and with an additional whirlpool generation unit(130) inside which forms a spiral-shaped fluid flow.
