Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A marker gene for identifying a transgenic rice plant with diarrhea vaccine activity is provided to detect the presence of a gene with diarrhea vaccine activity in chromosome of the rice plant by performing PCR using a primer and analyzing amplified gene sequence. CONSTITUTION: A marker gene for identifying a transgenic rice plant with diarrhea vaccine activity is used for detecting insertion of a gene with vaccine activity in chromosome of a rice plant. The gene produces a vaccine composition for diarrhea. The gene is expressed by amplifying the chromosome of the rice plant using a primer containing one or more gene fragments. The gene has one or more base sequences among the group consisting of sequence numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. A method for identifying the gene comprises: a step of amplifying the gene using the primer; and a step of analyzing expression level of the amplified gene.
