A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory skin diseases contains the heterocyclic compound of the chemical formula 1, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A pharmaceutical composition for wound healing contains the heterocyclic compound of the chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating cancer metastasis, gastrointestinal disease, asthma, and liver cirrhosis contains the heterocyclic compound of the chemical formula 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
