Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A siloxane compound and a crosslinking composition for forming an insulating layer are provided to from an insulating layer with improved heat resitsance and hardness. CONSTITUTION: A siloxane compound is obtained by hydrolytic polymerizing a silane compound represented by chemical formula 1: R^1Si(X^1)3, a silane compound represented by chemical formula 2: R^2Si(X^2)3, and a silane compound represented by chemical formula 3: 3: Si(X^3)4. In the chemical formulas, R^1 is a vinyl group; each of X^1 is independently halogen or C1-5 alkoxy; R^2 is hydrogen; each of X^2 is independently halogen or C1-5 alkoxy; each of X^3 is independently halogen or C1-5 alkoxy group.
