CONSTITUTION: A cord for a tire reinforcement belt is comprised of a carbon nanotube and polyvinyl alcohol composite fiber which is a material of the reinforcement belt. The carbon nanotube and polyvinyl alcohol composite fiber comprises a carbon nanotube of 3-10 weight % and poly vinyl alcohol of 90-97 weight %.
