Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A novel suspension cell line which stably produces glucocerebrosidase(GCR enzyme) with a high expression rate is provided to express stabilized GCR enzyme with high efficiency in a serum-free medium, and produce a large amount of GCR enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant cell line(deposit number KCLRF-BP-00275) is prepared by transforming a vector containing GCR gene with a base sequence number 1 and GIVS gene with a base sequence of sequence number 2. The vector additionally contains DHFR(dihydrofolate reductase) gene. A method for preparing GCR protein comprises a step of suspending and culturing the recombinant cell line in a serum-free medium.
