Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A high performance EPDM foam is provided to not contain toxicity, to have excellent flame retardance, low viscosity, and excellent physical property, thereby manufacturing an eco-friendly EPDM foam without formaldehyde. CONSTITUTION: An PEDM foam composition has an EPDM polymer with a mooney viscosity of 40-80, ethylene norbornene content of 8-12, and ethylene content of 50-55%; a carbon black filler with a particle diameter of 40-50 nm and accommodation degree of ultra high frequency microwave of 10 or more; a composite flame retardant which is formed of magnesium hydroxide, melamine cyanurate, and polyphosphate; and a processing oil, surfactant, cross-linking agent, crosslinking promoter, foaming agent and foaming accelerant.
