Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for synchronizing a schedule and presence and a presence management system thereof are provided to synchronize a schedule of an internal presence management system and a schedule of a schedule management system of an external presence management system with presence of the presence management system. CONSTITUTION: A user executes a UCS(Unified Communication Solution) client(S110). A user performs necessary setting work in order that a schedule and presence of the UCS client are synchronized per writing the schedule(S120). The schedule means the schedule of the UCS client and an outlook schedule of an external UCS client. A user writes the schedule in a schedule function or an outlook schedule function(S150,S160). The schedule and a presence basis value are stored in the internal database in real time(S170). A presence state of the UCS client is changed into presence selected by the user(S180). A UCS server transmits the changed presence to other UCS client through an SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)(S190).
