Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A horn control device using a touch pattern and a method thereof are provided to sound a horn according to situations by outputting various horn sounds corresponding to the touch pattern of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A touch detection unit(20) is installed in a steering wheel of a vehicle. The touch detection unit senses the touch of a driver. A touch pattern recognition unit(30) recognizes the touch pattern of a driver which is sensed by the touch detection unit. A control unit(40) transmits a horn sound to a horn output unit(50) corresponding to the recognized touch pattern. The horn output unit outputs the horn sound.
