Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to compensate for the step difference between the display unit of a display panel and the pad part by a step difference compensation film, and to decrease the failure of a pad. CONSTITUTION: A line part(220), an organic light emitting diode device(230), a protection layer(240), and a protection film(250) are formed on a substrate(210). A step difference compensation film(270) is adhered to the pad part of a display panel. The display panel is separated from a carrier substrate. The display panel is adhered to a flexible printed circuit board. The step difference compensation film is removed.
