FABRICATION METHOD OF SILVER NANOWIRE FOR TRANSPARENT CONDUCTING FILM

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nanosilver line is provided to prevent damages to an anode oxide film due to the precipitation voltage, and to stably and uniformly precipitate nanosilver lines from an aluminum sheet treated with cathode oxidation. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum sheet is processed with anodic oxidation to form an alumina anode oxide film having multiple nano-sized pores on the surface of the aluminum sheet(S101). A precipitation voltage is applied to the aluminum sheet processed with anodic oxidation to precipitate the nanosilver lines from the pores of the alumina anode oxide film(S102). The aluminum sheet is dissolved to a sheet solution and the nanosilver lines are refined(S103). The refined nanosilver lines are dissolved in ethanol or propanol to produce a nanosilver line dispersion solution(S104).
