Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A wind power complex capable of increasing availability of a wind power generator is provided to enable people to move among wind power generators without using transportation such as a boat and a helicopter. CONSTITUTION: A wind power complex includes a tower(10) and a moving passage(20). The tower is installed off shore, and supports a nacelle which converts wind energy into electric power. The moving passage interconnects multiple lower part areas which are installed below sea level.
