Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device and a method for injection molding are provided to remove a mechanical injection unit by directly mounting entire unit on a mold through reducing variation in an injection process. CONSTITUTION: A device for injection molding comprises a cartridge assembly(402), a cold deck nozzle assembly(406), and a micro plunger injection assembly(404). The micro plunger injection assembly is directly connected to the cold deck nozzle assembly. The micro plunger injection assembly includes a housing and a plunger. The plunger is formed to drive a thermoset elastomer through an inner path of the cold deck nozzle assembly and a cold deck nozzle. The displacement of the thermoset elastomer with respect to a single shot is identical with the desired weight of the shot in the micro plunger injection assembly.
