CONSTITUTION: A bellows heat exchanger(100) comprises a pipe(10) which is provided with first fluid and a variable heat exchange unit(20) which is extensible by sliding on the pipe and provided with second fluid inside to be heat-exchanged with the first fluid. The variable heat exchange unit comprises a bellows pipe.
